Into Madrid for Coveted Mexican Food

Yesterday, we went into Madrid with a group of our friends to celebrate two birthdays. Half of the group went to see the movie, Brave, while the other half walked around downtown Madrid. We met up after the movie to have dinner at this rare Mexican restaurant, Aguacate Grill, in Madrid. Spaniards are not fans of spicy foods, so Mexican food to them is many times avoided. This is fantastic, freshly prepared burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. We discovered this gem of a restaurant a couple months ago, and now it is a favorite of ours.

We rode the train to and from Madrid and had a great time chatting and entertaining their two kids. Love Madrid trips!
